About

  • Give kids a action packed summer of good quality football and opposition
  • The Summer league will be setup for kids who are keen and want to play football all year round to improve personal skills.
  • The U10's league this season will have 6 teams in the league and we will introduce the Small Sided Games (SSG) format and play a 9V9 format on a 60m x 40m pitch
  • The U11's and U12's (Div 1) Super Summer league will include 6 teams in each league selected from the top performing teams from all three FBI Div 1 zones (North/South/West), these teams are nominated by invitation only.
  • Teams or clubs the have previously played in the Summer league will get special invites and first option to enter a team for the following year.
  • We have intoroduce a double round robin competition this year with teams playing 5 games over Septemebr and October 2010 then a secong round robin to be played in 2011 over February and March, semi and grand finals will follow round 2.
  • 10 game fixtures per team (Double round robin league) 
  • Games and fixtures will run every Sunday afternoon consisting of 9 fixtures at the same venue:
    - U10's games are  @ 2:00pm - 3:30pm
    - U11's & U12's games are @  3:30pm / 5:00pm / 6:30pm 
  • 2010/2011 Summer league is officially sanctioned by FBI
  • All players must be FBI registered and have current FFA numbers with a registered club 
  • Official paid FBI refs & lines men will be supplied for all fixtures (No lines men for U10's)
  • Maximum of 20 players per squad for under 11's & under 12's (Only 16 players can be selected per game fixture)
  • Maximum of 18 players per squad for under 10's (Only 14 players can be selected for each game fixture)
  • Teams may have as many guest players as required to build their squads.
  • This tournament is not open to players that currently play in the Rebel League competition

Games and fixtures will run every Sunday afternoon consisting of 9 fixtures at the same venue:

  • U10's games are  @ 2:00pm - 3:30pm
  • U11's & U12's games are @  3:30pm / 5:00pm / 6:30pm
